When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and request status.

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is kept only as long as required for operation, security and error analysis unless a longer statutory retention period applies.

When you use the contact form or contact me by email, I process the information you provide – in particular your first and last name, email address, telephone number, selected interests and message – solely to answer your enquiry and any necessary follow-up questions.

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or is based on my legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your enquiry aims at concluding a coaching contract or booking training, processing serves pre-contractual measures or performance of the contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

To protect the form against automated requests and spam, a spam check (confirmation that you are not a robot) is used. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in the security and functionality of the form under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

I delete enquiry data when it is no longer required to handle the request and possible follow-up questions, unless statutory retention duties or legal claims require longer storage.

This website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies and performs no web analytics. Your cookie-banner choice is stored only in your browser's local storage under the key ‘mm-cookie-consent’, allowing the website to remember your decision on later visits.

No personal profiles are created; local storage only holds your consent decision (yes/no for optional services) pseudonymously and without direct reference to you as a person.

This local storage is necessary to manage your privacy choice. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings. Analytics or marketing services will only be activated after your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

This website contains links to external services, particularly Instagram, as well as email and telephone links. A connection to the relevant provider or service is established only when you open such a link. The provider's own privacy policy then applies to its processing.

Personal data is shared only with service providers required for hosting and email delivery, or with authorities and other recipients where required by law. The necessary data-processing agreements are concluded with processors.

Hosting is provided by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany) under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Email is provided via Google Workspace (Google Business); a data processing agreement is in place with Google. Data may also be processed in third countries (in particular the USA); this only takes place in compliance with legal requirements (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

Transfers to third countries (in particular the USA) may occur through the use of Google Workspace and possibly MyPT-Hub in future. In such cases I only use providers that are either certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or with whom appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR) have been agreed.

Where the legal requirements are met, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
